We Need Your Help!

In December 2024, nearly a year after I first met this remarkable dog family, I learned that a rescue group had stepped in to help siblings Quinn and Willow, along with their puppies. It brought a mix of relief and bittersweetness. For a year, I’d watched Mary’s puppies vanish, one by one. I witnessed her sister disappear after giving birth. I feared the worst when Mary herself seemed to vanish, only to discover her again, now with at least one new baby and a loyal companion.
Mary is a truly special canine—smart, tender, and quietly resilient.
Knowing her siblings were rescued fills me with hope, but it also leaves me concerned for Mary still out there. If you have the means or connections to help bring this gentle soul for a spay and return her to her space, please consider reaching out.
Every act of kindness can make a world of difference for a dog like this. Let’s work together to ensure this sibling’s safety.  And given Mary’s past experiences, a holistic and patient rescue is needed to help her learn to entrust people with her care, securing her continued well-being.
Consider donating to the group who cares For Mary’s siblings: Quinn and Willow (they have already raised and used $4,000.00)
For Mary’s New Journey, see if your bank uses Zelle (no fees) and send $ to me via my phone #346-449-1867, DONATION: for Mary’s Journey (expected expenses: spaying, darter or trapper, transportation costs for rescuers, spaying her daughter/son). It’s alot! ❤️😔

Attention Texas!

Texas, our companion animals are in desperate need. During natural disasters, extreme weather, and other crises, they are often left behind, vulnerable and suffering. These animals are family members, offering us unconditional love and support. We implore you to prioritize their safety by enacting and enforcing comprehensive emergency preparedness plans that include provisions for companion animals. This means ensuring access to safe shelter, food, veterinary care, and transportation during times of crisis. We must act now to protect those who cannot protect themselves. Their lives depend on it.

These sisters are in boarding and desperately need your support to stay there. I endorse this project because of the dedicated love, commitment and American ingenuity which sustains their lives.

UPDATE!

These 9 month old sister pups were shared, days on end, over a month, all over Facebook, to many groups by Mitchell Flanagan. These pups were dumped in his field and needed trapped.

He had, and has, no place to keep them humanely. Day after day, comment after comment, people reached out offering any help, donations, pledges, information, and so on. He managed to get them warmed up to him and eating out of his hand
Eventually, someone that he obviously didn’t know well enough took these pups.

Upon attempting to reach the person for updates, there was silence. We begin to fear the worst that they had been dognapped to become bait dogs.

I made a post, at that time, sharing massively to find these girls. Thankfully they were found, but were in the high kill Dallas shelter. After all the people that were pouring their hearts out to help them, we refused to sit and watch these girls suffer terrified, in the shelter, only to be unalived in short order.

Mitchell and myself went and he was able to reclaim them as his. At this point, I brought them back with me to Houston from Dallas and they stayed with my dogs paid sitter for roughly three days. After this they were moved to a paid boarding house.

Donations for boarding accepted here👇
It’s $200 a week.
